Wayne is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience working in the City of London, having started his career in the corporate practice group at a Magic Circle firm.

His clients are both domestic and international companies ranging from start-ups through to multi-billion pound international conglomerates. He also advises a number of high net worth individuals on private company investments and business acquisitions.

Wayne’s international experience is extensive; acting for clients based in mainland Europe, Asia and the Americas and for UK clients looking to venture into these regions. Along with this experience, Wayne has strong connections with legal, tax and accounting experts in many of these jurisdictions and regularly assists and manages global transactions, business expansions and integrations.

Wayne’s clients are mainly in the hospitality, leisure, media, marketing, digital and retail sectors – though he also acts for clients in the financial services, manufacturing, real estate and energy sectors.
