Michelle is a real estate lawyer with over 16 years’ experience working in the City of London at Tier 1 and International firms.
Her clients are start-ups, HNW individuals, real estate funds, developers and landlord/tenants.
She has real estate sector expertise in residential development including build to rent and co-living. Michelle deals with all aspects of commercial property investment, management, development and finance with particular expertise in office, primary care, clean energy and industrial & logistics sectors.
Michelle sits on the South East branch committee for the Association of Women in Property and is past Chairman 2018-19. She is the originator of an APP for the network to launch in 2020.
She is currently Chair and Trustee of The Association of Cultural Advancement through Visual Art (ACAVA), an arts organisation and educational charity founded over 40 years ago which manages a portfolio of circa 20 buildings provide affordable art studio spaces for circa 500 artists.
She is an Advisory Board Member of Gleensite – a proptech company using machine learning and big data for predictive analysis in the real estate market.
She attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to study Real Estate Finance and Economics.
